We are a homeowner's association located on the southwest end of Black Lake in Thurston County, Washington.

We have over 400+ homes in our community. Some of our amenities & facilities include a gated 11 acre park, clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, playground, covered cookshed, boat launch, dock, and lake swimming access.

The community clubhouse and cookshed are available for rent to ESBC Members in good standing and their accompanied guests only. Click here for more information.

Want to own another piece of Evergreen Shores?

Many years ago, Evergreen Shores took possession of three lots on Mazama St SW.  These lots are listed as ‘unbuildable’ with the County, but may be buildable as a block of 3 lots.

A feasibility study can be performed at the buyer’s expense. The lots are for sale for $1,000 each + closing cost & escrow. 

Being a lot owner in Evergreen Shores has advantages: access to a beautiful gated park, year round lake access, summertime pool, and ability to rent the community's clubhouse or covered cookshed for your events.
