Members enjoy access to a secure, privately owned 11-acre community park featuring:

- Clubhouse with kitchen and bathrooms
- Covered cookshed and picnic area with electricity
- Basketball court
- Boat launch
- Dock for fishing and boating
- Designated lake access swimming area

Rentals
The clubhouse and cookshed are available to rent for a nominal fee. PayHOA accounts must be current with all charges to make an amenity reservation. If you are a renter within the community, the lot owner on record must complete and sign the rental agreement on your behalf and also be present during your booking.

Requests & Agreement
To reserve an amenity:
- Log in to PayHOA
- Go to "Other Tools" and check the Community Calendar for available dates. One Clubhouse/Cookshed rental is allowed per day.
- Go to "Requests" and click on Amenity Rental Form/New Submission.
- Once your rental request is approved, the appropriate charge(s) will be posted to your account. Pay your rental fee online within 10 days of the date of rental.
